Whether you are hosting a convention, board meeting, training seminar, or reception, our versatile conference center features unique and comfortable meeting areas including a loft overlook, sun room, upper salon room, and a fireplace room. These areas are capable of accommodating from 10 to 125 attendees in a variety of set-ups.

The resort also features six spectacular river parks which are perfect for a different dining option, meeting locations, and  group activities as mentioned in the Event Space section of the Facilities page. These six parks as well as other features inside The Coosawattee River Resort and the surrounding area create innovative, inspiring, and insightful team building opportunities. Accommodations with  Amenities

The Villas at Coosawattee offers accommodations ranging from one bedroom cabins to three bedroom villas and A-frames to multi-unit villa buildings. These accommodations are perfect for meeting, retreat, and conference guests and participants. Rental features vary and include hot tubs, fireplaces, full kitchens, fabulous mountain & river views, and more. All rentals have access to the resort amenities: fitness facility, heated indoor pool with sunning decks, putt putt golf, tennis, and more.

The Water Tower Villas surround The Water Tower Conference Center and offer a perfect location for participant accommodations. Additionally, The River Park Villas are a multi-unit building, which can house a number of groups in one location. The A-frame Villas across from The River Park Villas are another option which share spectacular river views. Other accommodations options include The Recreation Center Villas located across from the Recreation Center, The Fife Villas on the river and across from Canoe Park, and The Fife Court Cabins positioned beautifully on the Coosawattee River. .

Catering, Meals, Refreshments

Catering packages include buffet style and a la carte meals at The General Store and in The Water Tower Conference. We indulge the diverse tastes of our meeting attendees by preparing a variety of North Georgia mountain favorites. The Eagle Mountain General Store’s creations are hard to resist and made to order where you’ll appreciate light, continental breakfasts and deli luncheons. .

• A la Carte menu is an option to the buffet

• Heart-healthy choices and special dietary requests can be accommodated

• Reserved seating for each group to ensure continuity and camaraderie

• Outdoor seating at River Park is available

• Scheduling is as versatile as your meeting requires. Should your attendees oversleep or your speaker wrap up early, our buffet is  ready when you are. No tickets, nametags or passwords required, simply join your group and enjoy your meal.

• We also offer continuous refreshment breaks (coffee, tea, sodas, and water) from 7am-5pm

For dinner, the local area provides many culinary delights such as: Charlie’s Italian, Longhorn Steakhouse, Il Forno Italian, El Rey Mexican, Wah Loon Chinese, Cajun Depot Grill, Jilly’s Pub, and more. Transportation off property can be arranged with pricing respective to need.

Shuttle Service

The Coosawattee River Resort's shuttle service is available for transportation around the resort, whether down to The General Store, out to a team building exercise, or out to The Recreation Center. The shuttle service must be scheduled per pick up / drop off and only operates per reservation. The service is priced per reservation.

Staffing

Whether your event calls for meeting set-up, front office support, reception personnel, or more, our hospitable staffing options are sure to exceed your expectations. Meeting set-ups can range from auditorium, conference, theater, classroom, U-shaped, classic, and herringbone, which our staff can assemble for pre-meeting. AV equipment is also available, which our staff will be more than happy to deliver to the The front office can assist with faxing and copying. And during your event, staff is available for receptions, refreshment bars, and more.
