Event Space

Whether you are hosting a convention, board meeting, training seminar, or reception, our versatile conference center features unique and comfortable meeting areas including a loft overlook, sun room, upper salon room, and a fireplace room. These areas are capable of accommodating from 10 to 125 attendees in a variety of set-ups.

• The Main Banquet space can accommodate up to 125 attendees and offers an industrial kitchen, banquet bar, and plenty of natural lighting.

• The Sun Room offers a meeting area separated from the Main Banquet space with breath-taking views of the Coosawattee River Resort mountains. The area seats a max of 40 attendees.

• The Loft meeting space overlooks The Fireplace Room & the Main Banquet space and allows for 30 attendees

• The Upper Salon seats up to 20, which is perfect for side-meetings, study groups, evaluations, and more.

• The Fireplace Room features stained glass windows and cozy fireplace with a grand chandelier. The room is illuminated during the day with large windows for natural lighting. The Fireplace Room allows for open space or up to 30 attendees seated or 50 standing (mingling, dancing).

• The Water Tower Lobby provides a quiet conversation area for caveats.

• A room behind the lobby is perfect for coat storage, DJ equipment, karaoke equipment, and supply storage.

• The resort's six river parks are perfect for al fresco dining, unique meeting locations, and  inspiring group activities.

1. Canoe Park is located in Eagle Mountain, directly on the river front and surrounded by private residences. The park is a favorite drop-off and pick-up site for canoeing, kayaking, and tubing. Picnic tables and a beautiful view of the river accompany the quiet location which is equipped with picnic tables, charcoal grills, fire-rings / pits, and a portable restroom.
2. River Park is located in Beaver Lake and is the starting point for the tubing runs. The park is equipped with a pavilion and picnic tables, charcoal grills, fire-rings / pits, and a portable restroom.
3. One of the most used and best liked amenities is our tranquil Fish Pond. The pond is stocked with a variety of small game fish and are ready for catch & release or taken home for a fish-fry. A fishing license is not required. Picnic tables and a portable restroom are available.
4. Indian Fishtrap Park is so named because of the large V design made into the river by Native Americans for trapping fish. A swinging suspension bridge that connects the camping area to the Teen Center characterizes this park. Additionally, Indian Fishtrap Park is the  largest camping and day-use area with a large pavilion for gatherings. The park is equipped with running water, restrooms, charcoal grills, and fire-rings / pits.
5. East Park, located in Beaver Forest, is a peaceful camping and picnic area. Playground equipment and horse-shoes are featured. East Park also has a pavilion for gatherings. The park is equipped with running water, restrooms, charcoal grills, and fire-rings / pits.
6. North Park is a small spot for quiet solitude, camping, fishing and just enjoying nature. A small pavilion and a bathhouse are accessible.
